Estonian Union of Small Theatres and Project Theatres

The aim of the Estonian Union of Small Theatres and Project Theatres (EVPL) is to create a platform for communication between its members, to represent them in order to amplify the voice of small and project theatres in public, and to be jointly represented in cooperation with third parties.

The union was founded on 6 November 2013 by eight small theatres, and now EVPL has 13 member theatres: Banaanikala MTÜ, Teoteater MTÜ, Arena MTÜ, Tartu Üliõpilasteater MTÜ, Miksteater MTÜ, Tallinna Tantsuteater MTÜ, Von Glehni Teater MTÜ, Teater Sõber MTÜ, Piibe Teater MTÜ, Loomelend MTÜ, Must JaAm MTÜ, Tallinna Laste Nukuteater Fonarik, Tartu Linnateater MTÜ.

As of 2023, the union’s board members are Margus Möll (LendTeater), Kadri Lukk and Rita Salin (Von Glehn Theatre).
