The Estonian Creative Residencies (LOORE) NGO has published an open call for Ukrainian artists, writers, curators, musicians, and other cultural workers to apply for paid residencies in Estonia. There are seven seven-week residency programs to choose from. The residencies will take place from March 1st to October 30th, 2026, and applications are open until January 8th, 2026.
in 2026, members of the LOORE network will host artists through a funded residency program, giving artists the opportunity to make use of the different available opportunities of the organisations and the unique networking possibilities, such as visits, workshops, talks and programs in other locations. Residency hosts are Estonian Literary Society, Kordon, Kullaaugu, Loovlinnak, Maajaam, Narva Art Residency and Tartu Artist’s Union.
Artists will receive a grant of 1550 euros and a travel allowance of 250 euros. All residencies provide free accommodation and studio access for artists. It is possible to attend all residencies in pairs or with family, however, the grant does not cover the costs of additional participants. For details on residency-specific facilities, please refer to the description of each residency here.
