Final registration for the Baltic Dance Platform 2026 programme is now open, welcoming all dance professionals, dance houses, festival programmers, curators, producers, presenters, managers, critics, dance artists, and other members of the professional dance field. The fourth edition of the Baltic Dance Platform will take place from April 22nd to 25th, 2026 in Vilnius, Lithuania.
“Three countries. One vision. BALTIC DANCE PLATFORM is more than a platform – it’s a strategic meeting point and a celebration of Baltic dance. It boosts Baltic dance artists onto the world stage, opens doors for exchange, and strengthens cultural collaboration across borders,” write the organizers. This year’s programme gathers twenty‑three dance projects, carefully selected by an international jury, including eight performances, three open studio presentations, and twelve pitch presentations.
The event will also feature dedicated networking possibilities for dance professionals and the Dance Congress – a space for reflection, debate, and shared thinking on how dance responds to shifting realities, questions of identity, belonging, and the cultural narratives shaping the Baltic region.
Estonia will be represented at the Baltic Dance Platform by Netti Nüganen, Pire Sova and KISLING with the production “Ash, Horizon, Riding a House” and Nele Tiidelepp with the production “10 Ways to Dance”. In the studio presentation category, KOOSSEIS will present their creative process under the title “x=5”, and in the pitch presentation category, Rūta Ronja Pakalne and Laura Kvelstein, Sveta Grigorjeva, United Dancers of Zuga, and the duo Maria Solei Järvet and Juulius Vaiksoo will introduce their projects.
