Under was born in Tallinn in 1886 and died in Stockholm in 1980. She wanted to live a hundred years, and always on a wide scale of emotions. Creating is not just being content or happy about your talent. Creating magnifies everyday life - it is a professional need to analyse events. To cry and to laugh at the same time is quite exhausting for ordinary people, but for an artist this is the starting point.
