BETA is a dance production house on the banks of the River Emajõgi in Tartu. Beta offers a year-round cultural programme, training, residencies, workshops and thematic discussion groups. Beta welcomes guest performances as well as produces different dance performances each year.
Beta's home theatre is the Alexela Creative Space. As a dance production house, Beta focuses on the art of dance in the broadest sense. In addition to performances and concerts, Beta also presents art exhibitions, cinema screenings, conferences, seminars and festivals.
