Theatre organisations

The Estonian Dance Council is an interdisciplinary umbrella organisation that deals with issues related to the development of dance in Estonia more broadly.

The Estonian Dance Council was established in 2011 with the aim of representing the common interests of its members, addressing important issues in the field of dance and finding possible solutions to them, developing joint activities between organisations operating in the field of dance, and promoting the art of dance.

The members of the Estonian Dance Council are: Tallinn University BFM Choreography, Estonian Ballet Union, TÜ Viljandi Culture Academy, Kanuti Gildi SAAL, Tallinn Music and Ballet School MUBA, Estonian National Ballet, Estonian Dance Art and Dance Education Union, Estonian Dance Agency, Estonian Folk Dance and Folk Music Society, Sõltumatu Tantsu Lava, Fine5 Dance Theatre and Estonian Dance Education Association.
