"Sleepless" tells the story of a group of friends and explores the dark yet liberating facets of the night. At its core are the search for identity and the confrontation with one's own past. In a poetic and intense narrative, powerfully brought to life by actor Vincent Simon and accompanied by DJ Camille Roesch, also known as Racing Nokia, the audience is immersed in a night full of contrasts: between excess and vulnerability, escapism and self-discovery.

"Sleepless" is more than just a story about nightlife – it is a tribute to friendship, the longing for genuine connections, and the human experiences that shape us. With poetic humor and touching honesty, the play addresses themes such as inner conflicts, substance misuse, and existential questions – experiences many of us have faced or recognized through people around us.

Paillette Theater, based in Berlin, stands for intercultural, multilingual productions and creative theater workshops. "Sleepless" (in German: Schlaflos) is a German-French production, developed in collaboration with the French DJ Camille Roesch from Marseille.
