Audiences will witness the story of a city where the inhabitants start turning into rhinos. This mysterious metamorphosis results in an entire town filled with these animals. Only a few people remain, and they, too, feel an inexplicable call…
It is a landmark work of the absurd theatre in which analogies to morals and civic systems are not hard to find. We bring a pleasant satirical absurdist spirit to bear on the themes. The plot allows us to use interesting dance-based solutions; we see the production as a playful exploration of the timeless theme of conflict between the individual and the masses, supported by live music and animation.
