This poetic dance performance combines live music, word, movements, puppet theatre and gymnastics on apparatus.

"Moondogs under the Clouds" is an ideological sequel to the contemporary dance performance "Soul?" (Theatreatelier & Hilaro choir), which represented Estonia at the IV NEATA Theatre Festival 2006 on Faeroe Islands.
The performances take place in the black box of the Võru Community Centre "Kannel".
