Maria Nurmela's (Finland) "Closer to the Wild Heart" creates a portrait of a woman between reality and fiction. The work examines the themes of invisibility and self-recreation. It is a new creation of the Breathing Art Company (Italy) dedicated to the variety and diversity of humankind. An interweaving of stories, connections, discounts and personal quests that all channel into a final ritual that celebrates life and its authenticity.

Breathing Art Company was founded in 2005,establishing itself in these years at national and international level in the promotion of dance. Inserted in the Apulia Region's Showbook, the company presented its works in Germany, Spain, Hungary, Albania, Puerto Rico, USA (Miami, New York, Charlotte, Newport), creating an international network that passionately supports the Award International Dance of San Nicola, flagship of the company's activity. Promoting local talent is the company's mission, which is combined with the The Studio training center in Bari.
