Playwrights

Toomas Suuman was an actor, director and writer. In 1978 he graduated from the Tallinn State Conservatoire of Performing Arts in the VIII class, specialising in acting. Thereafter, he worked for two years at Theatre Vanemuine, before joining Rakvere Theatre, where he has worked as head of the literary department, editor and actor. In addition to plays, he wrote many theatrical articles. His creative work was inspired by the impossibility and possibility of being human, by its absurdity and incomprehensibility.
