Andrus Kivirähk is a writer and journalist whose clever wordplay and witty humour have won the hearts of readers both in Estonia and abroad. He has a degree in journalism from the University of Tartu and works as an editor and columnist at Eesti Päevaleht. His work takes a humorous approach on Estonian mythology, history and politics. Combined with wordplay and amusing metaphors, the work of Kivirähk is delightfully self-ironic.
